Shipping and delivery policy (digital products)

1. What you receive

Depending on the product: the course's step-by-step guides with screenshots, downloadable tool files, templates and prompts. All of it is delivered online through our Merchant of Record's download library. There's nothing to activate: once downloaded, the files are yours to use under the licence.

2. Card purchases (USD)

Usually within minutes of payment, and at the latest within 24 hours, our Merchant of Record, Gumroad, emails you a receipt with a link to your library. You can download your files again at any time from that library.

3. INR purchases

When INR and UPI checkout opens, we'll fulfil those orders by hand at first: within 24 hours of payment, we email you an access code for the same library, so all your files stay in one place. We'll update this section before INR checkout goes live.

4. Updates

v1.x updates for at least 12 months appear in the same library, and we email you when there's a meaningful one.

5. If nothing arrives

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for the receipt.
2. Email sudosukoon@gmail.com with the email address you used and your order ID if you have it. We reply within 2 business days.
3. If we can't deliver your product, or it arrives later than this policy promises (24 hours after payment at the latest), you can have a full refund. All sales are otherwise final; see the refund policy.

6. System requirements

Please check this before buying: A Mac with Apple Silicon. Everything else is free — no paid subscriptions needed.

The first time you set things up, the setup scripts download free components once, from their public sources: about 1.2 GB for the offline voice engine and speech-to-text (Voice Studio and Module 3), and 148 MB for the instrument bank (Module 4 and Episode Builder). After that, the tools and scripts run offline.
